"How do we book?"

I. Check Availability

Reach out to us with the contact form to check our team's availability or to ask some more questions. We can chat via email or text, but we always recommend a call so you can get your questions answered quickly.

II. Review Estimate & Contract

We always send a copy of your estimate and contract after our call. This gives you the opportunity to review them and ask more questions before making your final decision. The estimates and contracts are good for 3 days before they expire.

III. Sign if You're Ready!

If you're ready to get your date booked, go ahead and sign the contract! We'll be notified to sign and will send you your deposit invoice, which is due upon signing.

  • Our favorite way to capture the day is to focus on the laid back, candid moments. We try to take a step back the majority of the time so you can live in your special moments without it feeling like a production. Before your engagement shoot or wedding day, we will provide you with a form, so we have a better understanding of how your day is planned. You can send us any inspiration for creative and romantic photos between you and your significant other - so you two will have a beautiful album to look back on!

  • Our business is based in the Grand Rapids area and yes, we do travel throughout Michigan's lower peninsula! Mileage reimbursements are built into our package prices, but if we need lodging for your wedding, that would be an additional expense covered by the couple.

  • Yes we do. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.

  • You will receive an online gallery link with all of your photos within a maximum of six weeks (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints.

  • Yes, you can! Please feel free to contact us if you are in need of subcontracted photography. We would be happy to be of service.
